Back in January, Tri-State Rigging had the opportunity to partner with our friends at Hook 4 Hire for a unique and weather-challenged project: setting up the fourth 7 Brew location in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Despite the icy conditions, our combined teams executed a seamless offload and equipment setup, showcasing the power of experience, precision, and collaboration even in less-than-ideal environments.

The project required Hook 4 Hire’s powerful 200-ton crane, along with our specialized rigging expertise, to safely handle large modular components and sensitive equipment for the drive-thru coffee stand. With icy ground and freezing temperatures adding complexity to the job, careful planning and real-time communication became more important than ever.

Safety was at the forefront throughout the entire lift. Our riggers conducted thorough pre-lift inspections, monitored conditions closely, and worked closely with Hook 4 Hire’s crane operator to ensure each load was placed accurately and without issue. These extra steps ensured not only a smooth setup but also the protection of everyone involved.

The result? A fully installed 7 Brew structure delivered on time, without incident, and a proud moment for both of our teams. Whether it’s bitter cold or blazing heat, Tri-State Rigging stands ready to support projects across all industries, weather conditions, and timelines.
